Product Overview
The Head Coil QHTR Assembly 3.0T is used in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). The 3.0T quad is designed to operate as a cable trap to separate the RF ground from the system to the head coil. The cable trap will eliminate any standing wave on the ground that can be picked up from the environment around a head coil. A RF open circuit is created by tuning the ground shield of the cable in the QHTR box. The connector is made of a Lexan920™ material and has high score impact strength. Since there is no change of dimensions seen during an engagement in water or any deformation variations in solid material when the temperature increases, its considered to have high dimensional accuracy and stability. This involves an injection molding process, which can be molded to form any shapes, even if it is a complex one, with perfect details. Injection molding process is always reliable and efficient. The surface finish of the product is excellent and it has high production rate. It has the individual label with the product details, environment label for packaging and Quality Assurance (QA) seal. All these are arranged and kept in a carrying case with the shipment label. It is used in a wide range of medical equipment like 3.0T HDX Twinspeed 32 Channel, 1-5T HDX Echospeed 8 Channel, 3T HD TO HDXT Upgrade and other medical devices.
